In order to reduce time waste during mass production, it is necessary to adjust and control processing conditions in a timely manner, and find suitable temperature and pressure conditions. At the same time, it is crucial to establish a standardized injection mold processing trial procedure, which will help establish daily work methods. In the trial process of injection mold processing, the following are some key steps:

1. Check if the plastic material in the barrel is correct and ensure that it is baked according to regulations.

2. Carefully clean the material tube to prevent inferior adhesive or impurities from entering the mold, as these materials may cause the mold to jam. Check if the temperature of the material tube and mold is suitable for processing the raw materials.

3. Adjust the pressure and injection volume, but before adjusting the control conditions, factors that may affect the filling rate should be considered, such as avoiding burrs and products in certain mold cavities that have not yet solidified.

4. Wait for the conditions of the machine and mold to stabilize, even medium-sized machines may need to wait for more than 30 minutes. Use this time to check for potential issues.

5. Ensure that the time for the screw to advance is not less than the time for the plastic at the gate to solidify, in order to avoid a decrease in the weight of the finished product affecting its performance. When the mold is heated, it may be necessary to increase the screw advance time appropriately to compact the finished product.

6. Reasonably adjust to reduce the total processing cycle.

7. Run the newly adjusted conditions for at least 30 minutes to ensure stability, then continuously produce a dozen full mold samples and mark the date and quantity on their containers. Place them separately according to the mold cavity to test their operational stability and derive reasonable control tolerances.

8. Measure and record the important dimensions of the continuous sample (which should be measured after the sample has cooled to room temperature).

9. Compare the dimensions measured for each sample and pay attention to the following points:

(1) Is the product size stable.

(2) Is there a trend of size increase or decrease, indicating that the machining conditions are still changing, such as poor temperature control or oil pressure control.

(3) Is the size change within the tolerance range.

10. If the finished product size does not change significantly and the processing conditions are normal, it is necessary to observe whether the quality of each mold cavity is acceptable and whether the size is within the allowable tolerance range. Record the continuous or larger than average or smaller than average cavity numbers to check if the dimensions of the injection mold are correct.
