A. Plastic molds, protection during mold installation:

1. Injection mold processing: Before installing the plastic mold, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold should be cleaned to ensure that the mold equipment surface and the press operation table are not compressed or damaged, and the parallelism of the upper and lower equipment surfaces of the mold during production;

2. Plastic molds. After the plastic molds are installed, open the molds and clean all parts of the molds, especially the guiding structure. Regarding the outer surface of the molds, their surfaces should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the parts;

4. Elastic parts such as tension springs:

In the process of application, the tension spring is one of the parts that are easily damaged in injection molding, and generally shows signs of cracking and deformation. The method of selection is to replace, but during the replacement process, attention must be paid to the standard and type of the tension spring. The standard type of the tension spring is determined by three factors: color, outer diameter, and length. Only when these three factors are the same can it be replaced;

5. Punch and sleeve:

Plastic molds, some of the punches and sleeves used on plastic molds use standard parts. During the use of molds, the punches are prone to breakage, bending, and gnawing, and the sleeves are generally gnawed. The damage to the punch and punch sleeve is usually replaced with parts of the same standard. The parameters of the punch mainly include standards for operation, equipment, length, etc;

6. Tightening parts:

Check if the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The method of selection is to replace parts with the same standard;

7. Pressing and unloading parts:

Pressure parts such as pressure plates, Uni glue, etc., and unloading parts such as discharge plates, pneumatic top feeding equipment, etc. When protecting, check if each device is damaged and make modifications to the damaged ones. Check for any signs of air leakage in the pneumatic top material and select detailed methods for the condition. If the trachea is damaged, replace it.
