1、 Principle of processing reserve 1 For workpieces that require heat treatment processing, a grinding machine allowance of 0.25mm should be added on one side of the external material preparation size before heat treatment; 2. For the parts of the mold core and inserts that require CNC rough machining, the reserved margin on one side should be 0.2mm; 3. The allowance for rough milling on one side of the fitter milling machine is 0.3-0.5mm. For workpieces that need to be machined by the grinding machine after line cutting, 0.05mm should be reserved on one side of the forming part, and 0.1mm should be reserved on one side of the rough milling machine; 4.
