1. Trial steps and actions
A Before testing the mold, check whether the mold has been assembled and whether the raw materials have been dried
B Before replacing the mold, spray anti rust agent on the mold during production, replace the mold and return it to its original position, and fill out the record form
C When installing the mold, it is necessary to align it with the center point of the mold before carrying out the mold installation work. The mold must be locked and the effectiveness of high-pressure mold locking must be checked. The locking force depends on the size of the mold, and a large mold requires a high pressure of 80-90 PMa; The high pressure required for small molds is 40-65 PMa; After adjusting the lock mode high voltage, adjust the switch mode to normal speed and perform low voltage time Distance, pressure Speed adjustment work is important during normal production, and low pressure work is crucial. Mold damage is caused by incomplete low pressure work
D To clear the material pipe, other colored materials and impurities inside the pipe should be removed to reduce the injection pressure Maintain pressure Shooting time Pressure holding time Reduce the pressure to 50PMa; Further increase according to the condition of the product Adjust to the required pressure and compare the low-pressure forming condition sample, medium pressure forming condition sample, and high-pressure forming condition sample to analyze the flow channel mode
E Before trial molding, manually test the mold to confirm whether the demolding action is smooth and the return condition is good And during the injection action of the trial mold, spray the release agent to the mother mold first, and then adjust the position of the release method after forming
F The quantity of each trial mold shall be in accordance with the production management notice, and the mold department must be notified to confirm the trial mold action together before each trial operation; After testing the product, review it with the customer After the review is completed, fill out the molding condition record form and mold condition form
G When the trial mold is completed, the mold is first sprayed with rust inhibitor, and then the mold is sent to the mold department for modification work,
H Each trial molding must be conducted in accordance with the above items, with accurate trial molding time and personnel dispatched by superiors. Do not attempt molding without permission
2. Key precautions for trial molding
When we receive a new mold that needs to be sampled and tested, we always crave to try out a result earlier and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting time and causing trouble But here we must remind two points:
A The mold is inspected as soon as the machine is opened to confirm that all the mechanisms of the mold are functioning smoothly. If there is a problem, stop the action immediately to avoid unnecessary severity. If there is no problem, repeat the action several times before proceeding to the next action
B Before injection, confirm the mold locking force. The first mold can only be injected 80% full When there are no problems, test under normal conditions to confirm that the sample meets the customer’s standards, and then proceed to the next action of high and low pressure testing. The high pressure should be 20 PMa higher under normal conditions and the low pressure should be 10 PMa lower under normal conditions for mold analysis.
