What are the requirements for classifying injection molds according to quality levels?
First grade quality injection mold
*CYCLES: Must have one million or more beers.
*The requirements for primary injection molds are as follows:
(1) Detailed mold design (including computer graphics and materials);
(2) The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB280;
(3) Brother, the mold must be hardened to a minimum of HRC50, and all rows and accessories must also be hardened;;
(4) To use the middle support edge and pipe top needle;
(5) The row must have wear-resistant plates;
(6) The temperature control monitoring device must be installed in the mold, brother or row position according to feasibility;
(7) It is recommended to nickel plate all cooling water channels
(8) Positioning locks must be added to the parting surface.
Secondary quality injection mold
*CYCLES: Approximately 500000 beers are required.
*This is a mold of second and higher quality, which requires the use of high-quality materials and accessories, and also has a certain standard of tolerance (dimensional accuracy) for the mold.
*This model also requires the highest quality
*The requirements for secondary injection molds are as follows:
a、 Suggest detailed mold design;
b、 The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB280;
c、 Brother and mold meat must be hardened to a minimum of HRC48, and all rows and accessories must also undergo heat treatment;
d、 The temperature control monitoring device should be installed in the mold, brother or row position according to feasibility;
e、 Positioning locks must be added to the parting line;
f、 The following requirements will be determined on an individual basis and at the time of quotation:
(a) Need to use a middle tube ejector pin;
(b) Add wear-resistant plates to the row position;
(c) Mold cavity electroplating.
What are the requirements for classifying injection molds according to quality levels?
Third level quality injection mold
*CYCLES: Approximately 250000 beers are required.
This is a general mold requirement, and the production is also a medium production mold.
*The requirements for the third level mold are as follows:
(1) Suggest doing mold design;
(2) The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB165;
(3) Brother and model meat must have a minimum HB280;
(4) Except for the three basic requirements mentioned above, all others are considered as optional additional requirements.
Fourth level quality mold
*CYCLES: Approximately 10000 beers are required.
This is a low production mold, generally there are no special requirements, but the mold quality still needs to be good and accepted by customers.
*The requirements for the fourth level mold are as follows:
(1) Suggest doing mold design;
(2) The mold base may be a general copper or aluminum material;
(3) The mold can be made of aluminum or steel approved by the customer;
(4) Except for the three basic requirements mentioned above, all others are considered as optional additional requirements.
