The situation of insufficient supply and demand will continue for a period of time, especially in the high-end product confrontation is more obvious.
(6) it will take time to deal with the system and the problem of talents. In the socialist market economy, in the process of economic globalization, competitive occupations, especially those that rely on special users and require a single piece of production, such as moulds, the current system and operating mechanism of many enterprises is still very difficult to get used to the changing market. The quantity and quality of talents can not keep up with the rapid development of the occupation.
