Therefore, the double-sided injection mold is also known as the three-plate injection mold, which is often used for single-cavity or multi-cavity injection molds for point gate feeding. However, due to the complex structure and high manufacturing cost, it is generally not used for the molding of large or extra-large plastic products.

When the plastic part has a side hole or side concave, it needs to be formed with a laterally moving core or slider. After injection molding, the moving mold moves down for a distance, and the inclined section of the bending pin forces the slider to move outward, thus removing the mold.

Injection molds with movable molding parts require the setting of movable molding parts, such as movable convex molds, movable concave molds, movable inserts, etc. These parts are removed from the mold together with the plastic parts when removing the mold, and then separated from the plastic parts.
5. The classification is automatic thread removal injection mold, which is suitable for plastic parts with threads. When automatic demoulding is required, a threaded core or ring that can be rotated can be set on the mold, and the mold opening action or the rotation mechanism of the injection molding machine can be used to drive the thread core or threaded ring to rotate to achieve mold removal.
6. The flow-free injection mold adopts the method of insulation heating in the flow channel to keep the plastic in a melting state, so that there is no pouring system condensate when the mold is removed. The right-angle injection mold is suitable for the angle injection molding machine. Its feeding direction is perpendicular to the opening and closing direction, and the end of the mainstream channel can be equipped with replaceable flow inserts.
7. In the injection molding mold on the fixed mold, the demoulding device is usually installed on the side of the moving mold, which is conducive to the work of the ejecting device in the mold opening and closing system of the injection molding machine. For some plastic parts with special shapes, it is more beneficial to leave the plastic parts on the fixed mold side, so it is necessary to set up a demoulding mechanism on the fixed mold side.
