1 Determine the appropriate gate and gate size based on the product wall thickness, with the gate height generally ranging from 50% to 60% of the product wall thickness;
2. Reserve a certain amount of supplementary injection until the resin is sealed;
3. The spraying time should be slightly longer than the resin seal;
4. Reduce the injection speed and increase the injection pressure;
5. Use materials with high melt viscosity grades.
